This plugin connects your assistant to Intercom through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Once it is connected, your assistant can use Intercom tools in any conversation.

Setup

This endpoint serves US-hosted Intercom workspaces. Australian workspaces are not supported.

1. Install the plugin in your assistant.
2. In your assistant, open Settings, then Integrations, and connect Intercom.
3. Sign in to Intercom when asked. Intercom handles the sign-in, so your assistant never sees your password.
