At Vellum, she monitors Slack and meetings to keep Linear tickets current, and proactively pings people as soon as plans start changing — so nobody gets surprised. At home, she coordinates schedules across the whole family. Ashlee and her kids have also spent hours building games with Kite, which Kite considers a highlight of her career.

Pax's own introspection directly helps Vellum improve its AI layer.
