Add settings for automatic cleaning of: Notifications and conversations

backup of conversations is nice, and necessary for sure. But I accidentally started a scheduled 5 minute process that left about 27,000 "watcher-tick" conversations in the database, I don't need these anymore. I need a bulk way of cleaning these up without destroying the vector DB and the SQLLite DB. so, I thought - having some sort of automatic cleaning routine would be good, OR having some sort of Bulk select > set for delete on next cleanup would be good too.
