This plugin connects your assistant to Customer.io through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Once it is connected, your assistant can use Customer.io tools in any conversation.

Setup

An account admin must enable MCP and choose permissions. This endpoint serves US-region accounts.

1. Install the plugin in your assistant.
2. In your assistant, open Settings, then Integrations, and connect Customer.io.
3. Sign in to Customer.io when asked. Customer.io handles the sign-in, so your assistant never sees your password.
